Hospital appointment letters arrive by post, email, or as a photo in a family WhatsApp group. They then get lost. KampongKares gives you a single place to capture every appointment: paste the letter text or upload a photo, and the AI extracts the specialist name, hospital or clinic, date, and time.

As with medications, every extracted appointment goes through a human-confirm step before it is saved. You can correct any field the AI misread and add notes before committing.

Once an appointment is saved, you can attach a transport booking — the provider, pickup time, and optional return pickup. KampongKares then runs two checks: first, it warns you if the pickup time falls after the appointment start (cutting it too close or arriving late); second, it warns you if the outbound and return transport windows overlap, which would leave the elder without a ride.

All caregivers in the circle can see upcoming appointments, which avoids the common failure mode where two family members each assume someone else has arranged transport.
