All AI output is advisory. Nothing is saved until a human caregiver reviews and confirms every field. The dosage, route, and instructions are editable before they are committed.

Yes, any appointment letter or booking confirmation can be pasted or uploaded. The AI extracts the key details and you confirm before saving.

Health data is stored in Supabase's Singapore region. Every health-data mutation writes an append-only audit log. Care-circle data is isolated at the database row level — no cross-circle access is possible.

The application interface is currently in English. Push notification reminders go out in the elder's chosen language (set in the recipient profile). Full UI localisation is on the roadmap.
